項(xiàng)目簡介
根據(jù)公司戰(zhàn)略部署，結(jié)合西藏自治區(qū)能源發(fā)展規(guī)劃，公司于2014年12月在西藏拉薩市設(shè)立了光伏發(fā)電項(xiàng)目部，負(fù)責(zé)西藏自治區(qū)尼木縣100兆瓦光伏發(fā)電項(xiàng)目籌建工作，以西藏豐富的光伏資源為依托，進(jìn)一步開發(fā)風(fēng)能、水電建設(shè)項(xiàng)目；項(xiàng)目部成以來，在積極推進(jìn)籌備工作的同時(shí)，與西藏各級政府及相關(guān)部門建立與保持良好關(guān)系，及時(shí)掌握西藏各地區(qū)能源相關(guān)信息，不斷尋找新的項(xiàng)目資源，把公司逐步發(fā)展為集光伏、水電、風(fēng)電等項(xiàng)目開發(fā)為一體的綜合性能源企業(yè)。
西藏開元新能源有限公司100兆瓦光伏發(fā)電項(xiàng)目，選址在西藏自治區(qū)拉薩市尼木縣開發(fā)區(qū)，距拉薩市區(qū)約60公里。項(xiàng)目總投資15億元人民幣，分兩期建設(shè)完成；一期建設(shè)容量30兆瓦，預(yù)計(jì)投資4億元，計(jì)劃2015年底完成土建施工及設(shè)備安裝、調(diào)試任務(wù)，目前，項(xiàng)目的審批工作基本完成。二期建設(shè)容量70 兆瓦，預(yù)計(jì)投資11億元，計(jì)劃于2016年6開工建設(shè)，2017年3月前完成設(shè)備安裝、調(diào)試工作，2017年6月前正式投入運(yùn)營，實(shí)現(xiàn)全面投產(chǎn)發(fā)電目標(biāo)，項(xiàng)目達(dá)產(chǎn)后，可實(shí)現(xiàn)年產(chǎn)值25億元人民幣。

100mw photovoltaic generation Project Introduction
According to the company’s strategic plan, and combining the development plan of energy in Tibet Autonomous Region, the company established a photovoltaic generation project department in Lhasa, Tibet. It is mainly responsible for the preparation work of 100mw photovoltaic generation in Nyemo County, Tibet Autonomous Region. It takes rich photovoltaic recourses in Tibet as basis, and makes further efforts to exploit wind-energy and hydropower project. Since the project department has been built, it actively pushes the preparation work. At the same time, it builds and keeps a good relationship with governments as all levels and relevant departments in Tibet, timely knows energy’s relevant information of different regions in Tibet, constantly looks for new project recourses, and gradually makes the company develop a comprehensive energy enterprise integrating the project exploitation in photovoltaic, hydroelectricity, wind power, etc.
The 100mw photovoltaic generation project of Tibet Kaiyuan New Energy Co., Ltd. is located in Development Area, Nyemo County, Lhasa, Tibet, and to Lhasa is about 60 kilometers. The total investment of project is 1.5 billion yuan, and it is divided into two periods to complete construction. The first period construction capacity is 30mw. The company estimated that it would invest 400 million yuan, and it planed to complete civil construction and the installation and debugging of equipments. Now, the approving work of the project has been completed. The second period construction capacity is 70mw. The company estimates that it will invest 1.1 billion yuan, and it plans to start construction in June, 2016, and accomplish equipments installation and debugging work before March, 2017. Besides, the company wants to put into operation before June, 2017, which fulfills the goal of putting into operation to generate electricity. After reaching design capacity, it can achieve the annual output value of 2.5 billion yuan.
